When allow_partial_payments is enabled and the receipt amount is less than expected, the checkout becomes partially_paid. amount_paid_etb tracks progress; the hosted page shows a progress bar.
Customer next step
The customer can transfer the remainder (same reference) and upload another receipt. When cumulative paid amount reaches expected, status moves to verified.
